Suture is new, so there are no clinic results to show you, and I won't invent any. Here is what you can verify yourself: what I found on 456 clinic websites, the same checks run on your own practice, and every promise I put in writing.
The study
I ran my own lead-leak audit on the homepages of 456 med spas, implant and cosmetic dentists, plastic surgeons and hormone clinics across Southern California, in September and October 2026. Four results:
Source: Suture's lead-leak audit, homepages only, 456 clinics, Sept–Oct 2026. The last one surprised me. I'd told people for weeks to check it, and for clinics it almost never matters. The first one is the problem that does.
Your own practice
Your website the way a patient's phone sees it, with the evidence behind every finding. It's yours to keep whether we work together or not.
I call your main line after you close and just listen to what answers. I never pose as a patient. If I test your web form, the message says plainly that it's a test from Suture.
From Meta's public Ad Library: the clinics near you running the most ads, what they offer, and where their clicks go. It shows which ads are live, not what anyone spends.
Before you pay, you see your own version: a preview of your front desk that you call yourself and try to trip up, or the first ads and the page they'd land on.
How a build is checked
In writing
15 new inquiries in your first 45 days of ads, or you don't pay a monthly until you get them. Setup is paid at kickoff, and your ad budget goes to Meta on your own card.
If your monthly log ever shows one inquiry that went unanswered, day or night, that month is free.
Both are month to month with 30 days' notice and no cancellation fee, and your domain, Google profile and phone number stay in your name. The full list is on the home page.
Straight about it
No client results yet. When the first clinics I work with agree to it, their real numbers from the log will go on this page, with their names on them. Until then, nothing here is borrowed from somebody else's business.
No patient counts. I won't promise you a number of new patients, bookings or revenue. Anyone who does on a first call is guessing.
No medical advice. The AI never gives it, and I don't call anything "HIPAA compliant" as a slogan. I'll go through what the BAA covers instead.
