Book a call

For med spas in LA & Orange County

Your front desk can't check someone in and answer the phone.

Patients compare three med spas on their lunch break and book whoever answers first. I build your site and an AI that answers their questions day and night, from answers you approve, and books them into your calendar.

Book a 15-minute call→ Five quick questions, then pick a time.

What it's costing you

Patients don't wait. They book whoever answers first.

01

The phone loses to the patient in front of you

One or two people run check-ins, payments, retail and the phone at once. The call during a checkout goes to voicemail, and most people don't leave one.

02

Inquiries arrive after you close

DMs and form fills land at lunch, at night and on weekends. A reply the next morning arrives after they've booked somewhere else.

03

Front desk turnover

Every new hire has to learn your menu and your prices. The AI gives the same approved answer on day one and day three hundred.

04

Patients who never come back

Someone who had Botox in March is due in June. Nobody has time to remind them.

What I build

A site and the system behind it that answers and books.

A site built for phones

Fast, a number that dials when tapped, a booking button on every page, and treatment pages that answer cost and downtime.

AI chat that knows your menu

Answers price, downtime, financing and availability from answers you approve. Anything clinical goes to your team.

A text back on every inquiry

Form fills and missed calls get an automatic text, so the patient knows they were heard while they're still deciding.

Booking, reminders, reviews

Books into your calendar, sends reminders to cut no-shows, and asks for a Google review after every visit.

Books into Boulevard, Vagaro, Zenoti, Mangomint, Aesthetic Record or Jane. I confirm exactly how it connects to yours before you pay anything.

How it goes

Fifteen minutes, then one number.

  1. Answer five questions and pick a time. About two minutes.
  2. I audit your site before we talk, the way a patient's phone sees it.
  3. On the call you get one recommendation and one number, in writing. If it's not a fit, I'll tell you.
  4. If you go ahead, you're live in 10 days.

In writing

Five things I promise.

  • Live in 10 days or the monthly doesn't start until it is.
  • Month to month Thirty days notice. No cancellation fee.
  • In your name Your domain, Google profile and phone number, from day one.
  • A log you can check Every inquiry is timestamped, so you can see what was answered and when.
  • A refundable deposit holds your build slot until kickoff.

What I won't promise is a number of new patients. I don't know your market yet, and anyone who promises that before looking is guessing.

Questions

What practices ask first.

Does it book into Boulevard, Vagaro or Zenoti?

+

Tell me which system you use on the form. I confirm exactly how booking connects to it before you pay anything. I won't sell you a second calendar your desk has to copy by hand.

Will the AI give medical advice?

+

No. It answers cost, downtime, financing and booking from answers you approve, and hands anything clinical, like whether a treatment is right for someone, to your team.

We already have a front desk. Why would we need this?

+

Your front desk is great with the patient in front of them. This catches the ones they physically can't get to: the call during a checkout, the DM at 11pm. It helps your desk, it doesn't replace them.

Is it HIPAA compliant?

+

The standard setup collects a name, contact details and what someone is interested in, not medical history. If your practice needs a signed BAA and HIPAA-eligible hosting, that is available, and I go through exactly what it covers on the call before you sign anything.

How much does it cost?

+

It's priced to your practice: how many inquiries you get, how many locations, and which pieces you actually need. It's a one-time setup and then a flat monthly, month to month. You get one number, in writing, on the 15-minute call.

Do you run ads too?

+

For aesthetic treatments, on request, and before-and-after photos are only used with written patient releases. Most practices start by catching the inquiries they already get.

Step 1 of 5

What kind of practice is it?

So I can look at your site and what nearby practices are doing before we talk.

✦
✦

How many locations?

Roughly how many new-patient inquiries a month?

Calls, form fills and DMs together. A guess is fine.

What's a new patient worth in their first year?

Treatments, packages, memberships. This tells me what one missed call costs you.

What's costing you patients right now?

Pick everything that applies. This is what the call will be about.

A patient calls at 8pm. What happens?

What do you book appointments in?

So I can confirm the AI books straight into it before you pay anything.

✦

Spending on ads right now?

When do you want this fixed?

Last part. Who am I talking to?

Next screen is the calendar, already filled in with this.
